Having completed the intensive Ballymaloe Cookery Course, I am now based in Somerset and offer catering services for small to medium sized events. From five course dinners to  canapé parties, buffet events or any occasion; I am open to requests.  I have had experience in the kitchens of a top London hotel and will be spending two months in a restaurant in France this coming summer. I also offer prepared meals for your fridge or freezer, a selection of jarred goods and a variety of baked breads, cakes and more. For my full product range see Menus.
